How do I purchase a gift voucher?

You can purchase a Bearsden Beauty gift voucher via our website here or the booking app, if you have it downloaded. Make a gift voucher any amount you wish, after a minimum of £20. You can send the gift voucher to yourself first if you’d like to print it, or you can send it directly to the recipient via their email address.

I purchased a gift card before lockdown. Is it still valid? 

All unredeemed gift cards (no matter the expiry) purchased before our salon had to close during lockdown in March are still valid. They are now valid for one year from the date of our salon reopening. This means your gift cards expiry date is now 22nd July 2021. Remember, our diaries will be quite busy for the first few weeks of reopening so we advise not waiting too long to book. Any new gift vouchers purchased are valid for 6 months from the date purchased. 

How do I redeem a gift voucher?

Simply bring your printed gift card or show your therapist the digital gift voucher on your phone, after your treatment at the time of payment.

How long is a gift voucher valid for?

Gift vouchers purchased are valid for 6 months from the date purchased.

What can a gift voucher be used for?

The recipient of the gift voucher can use it against any Bearsden Beauty treatment or product, including specials offers.

I’d really like a printed gift card like before. How do I get one?

We’re recommending that our clients buy digital gift vouchers via our website or app where possible. Due to the COVID-19 guidelines for beauty salons and also our own safety policy, we will not be allowing walk-ins into our salon or have a reception area. If you’d really like a physical gift card and envelope, then please text us on 07851 217 723 or message us on Facebook to arrange payment and a designated time to collect it from the salon.

Gift card terms & conditions

• Bearsden Beauty gift cards can only be redeemed in salon and must be presented at the till at time of payment.

• They are valid for 6 months from date of purchase which will be marked on the gift card at time of purchase. 

• If booking online, the gift card will be redeemed in-salon on the day of your appointment.

• The gift card can be redeemed against any treatment, service or product available in the salon, including any special offers or discounted treatments.

• If you do not spend the entire balance on the gift card, a new gift card with the remaining balance will be issued to you after your treatment. Any remaining balance on a gift card will not be given as cash change.

• If the final balance due is more than the value of the gift card, the gift card value will be deducted from the balance due and you will be asked to pay the outstanding balance in cash or by card.

• Bearsden Beauty will not accept liability for lost, stolen, tampered or damaged cards. 

• Any gift card that does not have the date of purchase and staff authorisation is void and holds no value.

• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
