How we’re keeping our clients and beauty therapists safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.

COMING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

You must arrive wearing a mask

This is for your protection and our therapists protection. 

If you have symptoms, don’t come. 

If you have a fever or new persistent cough, do not attend. Please call to cancel. There will be no cancellation charge. Check the NHS website here.

Arrive on time 

Not too early and not too late! We won’t have a waiting area inside the salon for clients, so don’t want you waiting too long outside if you arrive early for your appointment. We’ll be taking clients at their exact appointment time.

Please wait outside

At your appointment time, please wait outside the salon or wait inside your car. We will come outside to collect you. We don’t have a waiting area or reception at the moment.

Come alone

You should not bring anyone with you to your appointment, including children. 

Please use the hand sanitiser 

This will be provided for all clients to sanitise their hands on arrival.  

Quick questionnaire

We have to ask you a few quick COVID-19 related questions as part of the government guidelines for beauty salons. 

We will check your temperature

Using a touchless thermometer we will take your temperature on your arrival. If you present a high temperature, please don’t be offended that you will be asked to leave your appointment. If you don’t have a temperature you’ll be escorted straight into your treatment room.

SALON SAFETY MEASURES

PPE and protective equipment

All of our therapists will be wearing PPE face shields and masks as per government guidelines.

Sanitising rooms and equipment

Treatment rooms and all equipment will be sanitised and disinfected in between appointments. We are using disposable equipment as much as possible. 

No walk-ins

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to invite walk-in appointments or visitors into the salon. Buy a gift voucher or products online instead. 

Checking our own temperatures 

Every beauty therapist will have their temperature checked at least twice a day. A therapist presenting symptoms will result in the salon being temporarily closed — which we want to avoid, so that’s why we have made sure our cleaning and processes are as strong as can be.

Longer appointment times

Due to the extra cleaning measures, we have more time in between appointments. You treatment may also take slightly longer than usual.
